We are committed to resolving any problems or queries that you may have, but we are also committed to the care and protection of our team against sexual harassment and any agressive, violent, or otherwise in appropriate behaviour.

If our staff feel that you are behaving inappropriately:

You may be asked to leave our premises We may withdraw the provision of veterinary services to you in the future You may be reported to the Police You may be prosecuted – all such incidents are recorded, and we will share this information with our other locations.

Our employees have the right to work in a safe environment.
